Despite the current COVID-19 pandemic, standard shipping lines are resuming services. If you require quicker delivery we offer priority courier services via DHL, FeDex, Aramex and TNT. We provide free shipping for orders above USD150 in a single receipt/purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for any additional local import tax and duties that may apply.

In order to ensure the smooth and trouble-free clearance of personal goods through a limited number of countries, you're required to submit the following additional information during the checkout process if your order is bound for:
(i) South Korea - Personal Customs Code (12 digit alpha numeric code starting with the letter 'P')
(ii) Taiwan - (i) Personal Taiwan Identification Number; (ii) Registration via EZWAY APP - Name + Address must be an exact match per the registered information on your EZWAY APP.
(iii) Brazil - CPF/CNPJ Number (14 digit alpha numeric code)
If the above information is submitted inaccurately this may result in processing delays, customs delays and/or additional charges.

All underwear and most merchandise is final sale, however if a product has reached you in dire condition, please reach out to us by sending an email to 📧 email@example.com. If your product is deemed defective, we'll send you the product again – or provide store credit for a new purchase.

We would love for you to keep your wares in the best possible condition in order for you to shine and #LiveLouder. We recommend that you check the care label as it contains specific care instructions. When in doubt, please machine wash your product in cold water and hang it out to dry. We'd also recommend that you turn your products inside out prior to washing and avoid washing together with garments which have abrasive components like metal zippers or velcro. These can damage your goods especially in the repetitive motion from a washing machine or dryer.
