NEW REQUIREMENTS - PROOF OF VACCINE OR NEGATIVE TEST FOR MORNING PARTY
>>
In order to protect all attendees – we will require proof of vaccination or a recent (24 – 48 hours) negative Covid test result to attend the Morning Party – the only indoor event of Pines Party weekend. A table will be set up in the harbor to validate proof of vaccination or negative test results during ticketing hours. Once validated, you will receive a separate wrist band required for entry. Refunds of Morning Party tickets will be available upon request to anyone who cannot or does not wish to provide proof of vaccination or a negative test result, or anyone who receives a positive test result during testing in the Pines.
Anyone who tests positive for Covid during testing in the Pines may request a refund by sending name, proof of test results and their Showclix order number to info@pinesparty.com by 6 PM on Saturday, July 24. In addition, if you have picked up your wristband, you must arrange for someone to bring it back to the ticket booth in the harbor by 6 PM on Saturday, July 24.
All refunds will be processed after the event.

Covid Precautions and Testing Information for Pines Party Weekend
With the recent uptick in Covid cases and the much-publicized recent examples of breakthrough transmissions (for example in Provincetown), we have taken yet another close and serious look at our guidance and requirements for this coming weekend. With input from the medical experts with whom I have been consulting since last Fall – Drs. Michael Giordano and Ed Schulhafer – we have modified and updated guidelines as written below.
Please also note that we have partnered with Northwell Health to provide rapid Covid testing in the Pines beginning tomorrow Thursday and the following Friday and Saturday, July 22 – 24 (hours and locations below).

COVID UPDATE & TESTING INFO / NEW REQUIREMENTS FOR PROOF OF VACCINE OR NEGATIVE TEST FOR MORNING PARTY
With the recent uptick in Covid infections, The Pines Foundation is taking certain precautions for Pines Party 2021. To ensure the safety and health of all guests and members of the community, we recommend the following:
We urge everyone to be fully vaccinated
If unvaccinated, please protect others and our community by having a negative PCR or antigen (rapid) test 24 – 48 hours before the weekend
If unvaccinated, protect yourself and others by wearing a mask and observing social distancing.
If you are ill or have been recently exposed to Covid, please stay home
We will be partnering with Northwell Health to provide a limited amount of rapid Covid testing at the Pavilion in the Pines harbor on Thursday (3 PM – 8 PM), and Friday and Saturday (noon to 5 PM). We strongly recommend that anyone who receives a positive test result remain home and quarantine.
