Our product quality is extremely important to us, and therefore we check every individual product thoroughly before sending it out to you. However, sometimes faulty products can mistakenly be overlooked. 

For underwear, harnesses, swimwear and selected clothing we do not accept returns for hygiene reasons. We want to create a hassle free experience for you and therefore apply the following rule of thumb: 

 

  • If the item you've received is defective, please notify ThePack promptly by email at hello@thepackunderwear.com. Kindly attach a clear photograph of the defect.
  • If the product is deemed defective, we'll dispatch a replacement to you with no additional hassle. Should the replacement item be out of stock, we'll extend store credit (to the same value of the purchase price excluding shipping & discounts) to select an alternative replacement item.
  • We follow international sizing so please be sure to check the size guide to find your perfect fit. Unfortunately we do not provide replacements or store credit for mistakenly purchased sizes.
