HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
Every purchase you make is rewarded with points. To earn points login to MyAccount or the tab marked “loyalty & rewards”. After login, complete the checkout process. Successfully completed/paid orders will accrue points accordingly: 5 points for every USD$1 spent.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY REWARDS?
You'll receive updated information about your current offers and rewards on your account page under the tab marked “》Loyalty|Rewardsᴺᴱᵂ”. Please note that a redeemed discount reward cannot be returned and reused, and if you’re refunded the points you earned for that item will be deducted from your account.
Your voucher/discount code can be applied at the checkout online by choosing “Add to Cart”. The voucher/discount amount is spread evenly across each item in your purchase, not on the total amount. Vouchers/discount codes will not be reissued if a refund occurs.

WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY REWARD YET?
Rewards are issued by clicking on “ways to redeem” button and selecting the “redeem” button. You will be able to select the amount of points you choose in return for a unique code issued in the form of a voucher/discount code. Once the voucher/discount code is issued, ThePack will not be able to refund the points.
HOW LONG IS MY REWARD VALID FOR?
Rewards are valid 60 days from the day it is issued into your account.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY RECEIPTS?
All receipts and order confirmations can be found under My account.
FOR HOW LONG ARE MY POINTS VALID?
Your points are valid for 12 months following your membership start date. Your membership year starts on a given date, found in MyAccount. At the end of the membership year, the points will be reset and a new membership year starts.
CAN I REGISTER POINTS AFTER A PURCHASE?
You will be required to log in to “my account” or the “loyalty & rewards” tab at the time of making a purchase. If you’re not logged in to your account during the time of purchase then retroactive points will not be authorized.
HOW MUCH IS A POINT WORTH?
$1 spent = 100 points

Yes, points are earned on all purchases with the exception of gift cards and charity items.
