Hi Christopher - first of all, thank you for your review and for reaching out - it is always sad to see when our customers are unhappy for whatever reason, and we always do everything in our power to support. We unfortunately are not able to post all your reviews since they consist of rude, disrespectful language.
Let us clarify a few things firstly: Your most recent order was placed on July 29th, and since then, we have not been contacted by you. You might have reached out to other parties, however we don’t see any emails, or communication otherwise, in our system.
Prior to that, after your last order with us in April of 2024, you have reached us with a staggering 12 emails consisting of rude profanities, insults and threats, all of which we have replied kindly and helpfully. In the end of this email chain, we have refunded your amount fully – not because of you being right, but because we are protecting our team from the verbal abuse that kept coming our way.
