Our product quality is extremely important to us, and therefore we check every individual product thoroughly before sending it out to you. However, sometimes faulty products can mistakenly be overlooked. 

For underwear, harnesses and swimwear, we do not accept returns for hygiene reasons. We want to create a hassle free experience for you and therefore apply the following rule of thumb: 


  • If the item you have received is defective, please notify ThePack promptly at hello@thepackunderwear.com. Kindly attach a clear photograph of the defect.
  • If the product is deemed defective, we will dispatch a replacement to you with no additional hassle. Should the replacement item be out of stock, we will give you store credit (to the same value of the purchase price excluding shipping) to select an alternative replacement item.
  • We follow international sizing so please be sure to check the size guide in order to make sure you get your perfect fit. Unfortunately we do not provide replacements or store credit for mistakenly purchased sizes.
