Wholesale prices exclude shipping, handling & merchant gateway costs. These costs will be quoted after the total quantity is determined as this is dependent on the final weight of your order.

Gateway fees are imposed by third-parties at the following rate:

+  PayPal (surcharge4.4%+USD8)

+  Shopify Pay (surcharge3.9%+USD0.30)

+   Apple Pay/Google Pay (surcharge3.9%+USD0.30)

We've created a user-friendly dashboard that stores all receipts and orders details, default shipping address settings, order tracking information and links to your wholesale shop/collection where you'll see live time quantity availability.

Note: Please login in to your wholesale account with the same email address and password you submitted when completing the wholesale request form.

ThePack affords a 12-hour cancellation policy for approved wholesale partners at a cancellation charge of USD250 per order. After this time cancellations will not be possible.

We've simplified the entire wholesale experience for our approved partners.

You'll be entitled to a 60% discount with no minimum order requirement per item.

The only requirement is that your TOTAL CART QUANTITY MEETS 50 pieces. It's that simple!

Prices are quoted in USD (United States Dollar) and should be remited in USD.

There are 3 types of packaging in circulation:

1) Packaging: ZIP-LOCK bag dimension: 18cm x 16cm x 3cm

2) Packaging: ENVELOPES dimension: Bubble Mailer 18cm x 26cm

We certainly do! Infact we encourage bank transfers because it ends up saving you and us a heap of money (just think of the payment gateway fee as savings)!

For cost savings, it's encouraged using a banking telegraphic transfer (“TT”) payment method. 

All banking TT fees must be borne by the wholesale customer for an order to be processed.

Apporved wholesale partners are not entitled to subscribe or claim any discounts or points deriving from ThePack Loyalty & Reward Program.

In addition, some items from a collection are exclusive to www.thepackunderwear.com and will not be available to wholesale customers. If the wholesale price does not appear on a collection/item then it's likely this item is kept exclusive to ThePack store.

At present ThePack offers FedEx shipping as a trusted and reliable service to all wholesale partners.

If you wish to opt for a ' Standard Line ' which ordinarily offers cheaper shipping fees then we advise you to appoint a Shipping Forwarding Agent located in Guangdong, China. The Shipping Forwarding Agent will offer cheaper shipping fees that'll be disclosed only to you.

When transporting goods across international borders, shipments are subject to duties and taxes as determined by customs in the destination country. The payment of duties and taxes is your responsibility.
