At present ThePack offers FedEx shipping as a trusted and reliable service to all wholesale customers.

If you wish to select a Standard Line which ordinarily offers cheaper shipping fees then we advise you to appoint a Shipping Forwarding Agent located in Guangdong, China. The Shipping Forwarding Agent will offer cheaper shipping fees that'll be disclosed only to you.

Should you decide to engage the services of a Shipping Forwarding Agent, then we will remove the FedEx shipping fee & handling fee from your order. For more information about this option, please email ethan@thepackunderwear.com

When transporting goods across international borders, shipments are subject to duties and taxes as determined by customs in the destination country. The payment of duties and taxes is your responsibility.

In order to facilitate the smooth and trouble-free clearance of goods through a limited number of countries, you are required to submit the following additional information during the checkout process if your order is bound for:

(i) South Korea - Customs Code (12-digit alpha numeric code starting with the letter 'P')

(ii) Taiwan - Taiwan Identification Number, Registration via EZWAY APP & Name + Address must be an exact match per EZWAY APP.

(iii) Brazil - CPF/CNPJ Number (14-digit alpha numeric code)

(iv) Chile - DNI Number (9-digit alpha numeric code)
